These are values in the short term grapple memory, it tells the game what kind of grapple is being performed. Weak grapples seem to count for ground grapples, as well.

So lets say you wanted the front special slot unlocked all the time it's this simple:

8115af2a 0805- The front strong grapple has special unlocked.
You can stack all the activators you want on these, I haven't had any luck changing the irish whip, flying or ground grapples, yet.
