These are weird, they seem to be effected by the type of player movement.
8015af46 - How Player 1 is Moving
0000 - Standing/Walking/Taunting
0001 - Not standing walking or taunting, this seems to be other stationary animations that don't involve a lot of movement.
It effects the climbing animations, whether it be in the ring or on the table, the grapple animations, and the ring in and out animations
0004 - On Top Turnbuckle
0005 - Flying Attack (to either standing or grounded opponent)
0020 - Running
0021 - Running Turn Around or avoid (tap or hold L while running)
There has to be more but those are what I found tonight. Great for camera angles.
