This is an alternate button activator for No Mercy, credit Blitz64 (CM?). I was trying to change the scrolling on the wrestler select screen and the 80064880 version didn't work, but then I remembered Blitz's "Disable Secondary Menus" code and he used this addy there, and it also worked for my needs. Don't know if there's a use for it beyond menus, but just in case, I'll leave it here.
